tim .. .this is what i need to do After completely drained (after disconnecting both large hoses on each side of the thermo housing) remove crossover tube plug and overflow tank cap. 2) With a funnel in place (in the crossover tube with a tight seal if possible) fill with your coolant...

when car is running for about 20 mins .. is the top off of the overflow?

i also read that i should run the car with cap off .. now is that just at idle . . or while driving it also? I just wanna make sure i do this right .. high heat is dangerous for a high horsepower boosted engine

tim, im seeing this problem all over other forums, and when they just try to burp the system without completely draining it, the problem takes a while to fix. If i drain it completely will i still have to burp it 3-4 times after i fill it??

yea . . thank god its 90% down hill from amsterdam to my house . .i coasted almost the whole way. . i will burp the system today and see what happens
