I would loosen it up and hand tighten it making sure each one is close to the same thread count and even. I usually place a jack under the car and jack up on the h/x pipe to hold it tight then use a 3/8 drive rachet and tighten them up.

;) I figured that would fix it up but hey, at least you went out and did some trial/error testing before throwing parts at it. Good job! As far as exhaust leaks go make sure you don't over tighten the exhaust as that will cause leaks especially at the header ball socket.

Have you changed the fuel filter lately? Checked to verify fuel pressure was correct? It could a lot of different things.

Well built kit and they make good power as well. I have never heard a bad thing and you have the option of going to a TVS headunit at a later time I believe.
