As promised the underside pic's. This makes me sad to see how clean this car is chassis wise and know that it's not in the cards for me to keep it. Car to my knowledge has never been hit and the chassis show's no signs of damage or replacement!

X2 the intercooler brand will have a lot to do with this. I would also suggest going to a tuner that deals mainly in mustangs for the tuning. While a good tuner will not fix the boost issue they will be able to make drivability better, and advise if there is something else wrong by looking over...
