    '95 Gt problem

yeah, remove the TFI module and have it tested (they test them for free at Autozone) if it checks out you are going to need to replace the distributor (or if you are confident rebuilding a distributor, replace the "pick up coil" that's inside of it)

    Rear suspension clunking when cold?

clunking noises coming from the rear can be caused by a few things. -Check the trunk for kidnapped girlfriends -check struts -check control arm bushings -since you mentioned new exhaust, check exhaust hangers.

    Marble Like Sound Engine

Is it like a quick tapping sound? It could be a weak belt tensioner. Start the engine and look at the belt tensioner and see if it touches anything as the engine runs

    Couple issues

from the description sounds like an exhaust leak coming from the headers (that diesel truck sound you mention USUALLY happen when you blow a header gasket or when you warp a header) so check around the exhaust manifold first, look for carbon deposits around them, then re-check the rest of the...

I don't think it is fuel related as the problem only happens under load at low RPM's. First thing I would try (cheapest) is a set of regular plugs. Make sure to gap them to specs. Also check the plug wires and make sure they are not arching. To tell you the truth it sounds more like a coil(s)...

Won't start after it rains over night

You say this only happens when it rains? Maybe moisture/condensation is getting under the distributor cap wetting the contact points on the cap and the rotor causing weak or no spark?

modifying my steering got some questions

is the nissan bellhousing larger than the ford one? the stock tunnel should be able to accommodate the bellhousing without having to cut into it, no? Ideally the engine should seat so that the bellhousing is just a little forward of the firewall

modifying my steering got some questions

front sump= not so good :D you are gonna need to customize the pan and the oil pick up tube so that whole setup becomes rear sump or if you wanna go more high end you can do a dry sump system (but of course it can be $$$$) I was going to say just cut some of the front pan off to clear the...
