Yeah the Ford Racing V6 Dual Exhaust kit is good, pretty much the same thing. didn't exist in '06, prob much easier since it all bolts up, after u cut the Y.

The kit should be easier.. here's some pics, notice the welds for the gt H pipe. The stock muffler really restricts the motor so it has to go, but changing to a dual is pretty much for looks only and doesn't do much more, I didn't bother to do it on my '10, just changed the muffler (See that...

4.0L Y pipe is 2.25" in and 2.5" out. 4.6L H pipe is 2.5" in and out. It won't bolt up, you'll have to cut the Y pipe after the cats and use an after mkt conversion. Or cut and weld the gt H pipe. As for the rest of the exhaust, it's identical and will bolt right up. ______________
