K the remote wire goes from the amp to the back of ur radio. There should be a green ( usually ) wire. That's the remote. ThE remote wire from the radio tells the amp to turn on. Does ur amp turn on? the RCA has red/ white wires ( usually ) . Make sure that they are hooked up correctly red to...

Oh yea and u can turn loud ON just gives u a lil more treble and tiny bit more bass. On one of the pictures it has Customize next to I think a equalizer looking screen. I'd mess with that cause worse comes to worst, u set everything back to default if something were to go wrong.

k i kinda had the same prob with my sub. what i've heard to do and what i've done is to turn the volume to a little bit past where you usually would crank it to, so if you listen to it normally at 20, turn it to 22. then go to the amp and tune it to where it seems to being hitting the hardest...
