Sounds like yo have a bad pulley. Passenger side idler seems to want to wear more quickly than others. Hows the spring on belt tenshoner? Replace the belt (pick up a spare to keep in da trunk), its cheap insurance, they make a real mess when they come apart. They can tear apart lines & hoses also.

I tried to organize a End Of Season ride thru the Saratoga Battlefield & a BBQ @ my place after but there wasnt much interest. I would still be willing to host the BBQ. The ride thru the 9 mile tour road has MANY stops & photo ops. I dont think they charge for the tour road this time of year...

Inspect the belt where is bends backwards to expose the grooves. There should be no cracks. If in doubt change the belt, about $50. Also check the belt tensioner.

Go to Vortech site. They should have install instructions there. You can even call them. Im sure they would help you.
