I'm starting to plan out the new suspension for my stang. I want to put a new K-Member (BMG) with lower motor mounts & new control arms (non-adjustable?). I was looking at the Stage 3 kit? Help me out here I need input. I would like to set the car up for auto- cross and maybe the drag strip...

Thanks Nick, If anyone would like to see Nicks work just look at my car. I have American Racing long tubes, high flow cats, x-pipe and installed at Nicks shop. Trust me it gets no better then that !!!! oh and the price was great too :awesomework::awesomework:
