    I did the honeycomb kit last winter. I found it easiest to remove the dash panels, clean them with soap and water, then rubbing alcohol. As long as you keep the overlays moist while positioning they lay down nicely once they start to dry, that is where they stay.

    It might be that the cops have better criminals to track down than window tinters. I think a tint ticket is only $30, whereas a speeder or repeat suspension offender is into the hundreds of dollars. It all about greenbacks. Imho
