I have been looking at the JLT..

A friend of mine looked into doing that swap on his 99 GT, he said it would be very hard to make it work in the pre 2005 mustang, so he built his own 4.6 4V supercharged motor with 650HP to the tire. To bad he could never hook at the track..lol

I think Im gonna go for the 4.10s. its pretty much a weekend car. I was just worried about the OD as told by some friends. I was told I can maybe pick up a 10th at the track with just gears?

Id convert it over to a 5 or 6 speed man if I could find a good one for a good price.

So 4.10s are ok as long as you dont race with the OD on. I really been thinking of putting a 5spd man in. I have the clutch pedal now just need the tranny, lol

Ok I am converting my GT over to the 03 04 cobra look and have most of the body parts I need. I am going to paint it yellow. on the 03s it was zinc and on the 04 it was screaming yellow. What was the better color? Witch is the darker color?

No problems with the OD in the Auto?

What is the difference at cruising rpms say at 65 MPH between3.73s and 4.10s?

me too. Being auto Im wondering if will mess up my OD. maybe 3.90s the way to go. I dont no! LOL

I have a pretty stock 2002 Mustang GT but do plan to do some upgrades. What is the best gear to run Its Auto and I do play at the track every now and then, but for the most part its my daily driver. Im thinking 3.73 or 4.10 Watcha think? Rich
