I just put a t56 magnum in my 04 gt in September. I love it. After the break in don't use Pennzoil synchromesh like many places recommend. Its very notchy when cold. The dex III I used to break it in felt so much nicer. I still need to find some time to flush it and put the dex III back in.

Many cars nowadays come with an auto rev match feature built in to the tranny such as the c7 7 speed manual vettes. I always rev match though. Why wouldn't you? It makes the transition from gear to gear seamless.

I went with upr spherical single adjustable. Can't complain. Noise didn't seem to get any worse either. And in conjunction with those I threw on spherical axle bushings and spherical uppers. The thing hooks like a beast. 5k clutch dumps off the two step at 600rwhp on a ET street.
