Broke the crank on a stock motor?? Was the car really abused when you bought it? My motor has gone 10.70s, when it was in the banana, with a stock crank. Something isnt adding up. Edit: Did some looking, a Stock Crank in a 5.0 should stand up to about 600 RWHP.
