Drove the stang yesterday for over 120 miles and not a single problem. Need to fix the exhaust though and get some type of backpressure to help with hp.

Well after complete teardown of the head and putting it back together and then putting it on the car and tightening everything one piece at a time and bam up and running fine so either stuck valve or something weird. Either way it is running for now.

Finally the mustang is up and running again. Apparently it either had a bad rocker arm or push rod. I put the ones form the junkyard in and put everything back together and wahala running. It runs little hot but nothing to be out of the ordinary. Have to see how it goes for the cruise might be...

well found out yesterday that though they are single port heads 95 and 96 are different. They will not transfer from 95 to 96 and vice versa. So spent $35 on a head that i can't even use :(

not looking good for me. We are keeping the stang but motor issues will keep us from coming to this lovely event. I hope you guys have great turn out and take lots of pics for me!!!!!

Well atleast i can keep the car till we either fix it or trade it for another stang. Not looking good for the rally unless someone has a donor 3.8l v6 motor for me :(

Well decided to find another 3.8v6 for the horse. Found one that was rebuilt 20k miles on it. Ford did a reman on it. Guy is going to sell the motor for $300 to me. Mine i believe the came is shot. Stupid motor put new lifters in the side i thought was bad. Nope still no oil pressure and running...

My 95 v6 has a bad valve but i am not sure which one it is. I can get another head cheaper then replacing the valves in my current head. Now my question is what years are compatible to my 3.8? Will any 3.8 from 94-98 work or does it have to be 94-95? Thanks guys.

Car passed inspection but not good new for me though. Front and rear mains are leaking pretty bad and the valve is getting worse in the motor. Looks like another motor in near future.

Finally cars is almost done. Got new struts,calipers on front,parking brake cables,rear shocks and finally new door hinge pin on drivers side. Decided to paint the car with some help from brother inlaw(he has sprayer and some experience) to save some cash. Still need to fix or delete egr valve...
