Honestly, you could go cheap with used part (junk yard) build, and get around 300 hp at the most- If you want more, you would spend the same to just get a used 5.0, rebuild it, and swap it in- then you will never look back- I guess it all plans what you want to use it for. I am not dissin'...

Your tire heights will be good with those sizes - for the rear it would be 25.66" tire height and 10.83 " wide, fronts would be 25.68 tire height, with 9.65" wide - The problem, well it is a problem for me because I don't like the way it looks, is a 275 tires is a lil' bit stretched on a 10"...
