thats a big no no to change set-up after a tune ! Termi motors are very sensitive to change, especially when changing around the intake setup. You are running way to lean from the sounds of it. Get a tune asap !
PS - Make sure they clean u'r mass air sensor and line it up rite before the tune
Haha yes i'm listening.. I was discussing it with the guys over at svtperformance.com and they said the hesitation is common and that the PPRV Delete Kit will resolve that.. I know i need to get a tune and i'm going to.. But the tune isn't going to fix the hesitation..
Alright.. As much as i want to take it to Mustang Magic i'm not really feeling the 6 hour and 41 minute drive.. I contacted Kennedy's Dynotune in North Tonawonda, NY..
sorry, your initial description was that it was misfiring and the plugs looked like it was running lean. I didn't see the hesitation post, :smash: on me, lol
Okay so i'm confused.. I'm trying to figure out what size belt to buy because There were idler pulleys installed on my motor and i'm not sure if they're 90mm or 100mm i measured two of them and would it be possible if one is 90mm and the another is 100mm because that's what they measured out to be? I'm going with a 2.80" upper pulley.
How bout a pulley swap..? I would say on a scale of 1 - 10 of being handy i'm about 5-6.. Do you think i'll have a problem doing the swap myself or should i just let Kennedys do it?
You would have to pull your compter out of the kick panel to see if it has a chip attached to the computer (did this with my Cobra when I purchased it!)...Make sure to disconnect the battery first!!

Sounds like you'll need a 74" long belt....I'm running Metco Idler's with 90mm Aux. & BF 2.76" pulley with a K080740 (74") belt....I ran a K080745 (74.5") belt when I had the 2.93" pulley...
