Does it shift alright if you double-clutch? Perhaps the synchro is on its way out.

For the oil pressure are you going by the stock electrical gauge? Those have been known to be off a bit, try a mechanical oil pressure gauge and see what it reads. After that, if the pressure is up and down, does it seem to drop a lot during idle? If that's the case than the cam bearings are most likely shot.

3rd gear issue is more than likely either a syncro or damaged slide.
