hey everyone, figured id intro myself. I just moved to Wyantskill NY (outside troy).
04' Mustang GT 40th
5spd, fully loaded.

Peformance:
BBK 78MM Throttle Body/Plenum
American Muscle CAI
Steeda Underdrive Pulleys
Autolite 103 Plugs (1step colder than stock)
SCT X3 93 Race tune 'bama'
Flowmaster 44 Mufflers

Appearance:
Mach1 Grille
H&R Springs
Stub Antenna
Bullitt Pedals
Bullitt Shifter Trim

Its my daily, winter/summer/rain or shine. So reliable is key while still having fun.

Plans for spring:
Wheels
H-Pipe no cats, keeping stock headers
short shifter
4.10s
removal of emissions junk, as much as i can do without having a CEL/with help of tuner deleting O2s/EGR etc
IAC Mod

Thats about it really, goal is just a nice reliable consistant mid 13 sec daily. Any suggestions please feel free.

Welcome to :nym:

I saw you mention upstate NY and got excited. Then I found out Wyantskill is nowhere near Rochester. Oh well!

Nice ride you have there. I can't even imagine driving that beast in the winter. I had to push myself to drive my brand new 2012 V6 in the wonderful NY salt.

Well technically this will be the cars first winter, so we will see how it goes the first storm. Not happy about it, but have no choice this winter, bought a house so there goes the winter beater fund lol!

I drove a buddies 00 mustang v6 5spd all last winter. With proper tires and 2 sandbags it's actually not that bad. Granted this is more power but same concept. I drove a s10 2wd for years as my winter car. Only part that blows is the car is in awesome shape and NY winters blow..so car wash visits will be a every other day deal

Im curious to see how it does! I drove my sixxer in the winter for years. Looking at getting a GT similar to yours as a new DD next year so the 6 stays warm:)

good tires! also, 2 suggestions:

1- use the hand wash. the sprayer lets you get at the wheel lips,a nd underside more where the salt sticks.

2- POR15 the wheelwells and underside in the spring. its a rust converter/preventative that works great.

I never use the auto washes, they suck! As for por15, that stuff works awesome. However I sprayed entire under carriage with duplicolor bedliner, I'll see how it held up in spring and re-do it then to be safe.
