Not sure they made Black, unless they are Saleen or Roush, i believe they only made Dark Charcoal and Parchment.

Do they have the side airbags? i think they started that in 07+ as standard

Also, Are they "heated" seats?

Correct, they are Dark Charcoal...and no they do not have side airbags and they are not heated. Sorry
