Need advice dropping a 302 into my 65
I recently had the engine and tranny out of my 64 1/2. It is a 289 with an automatic. I pulled it out as one complete unit (engine and tranny) and put it back in as one complete unit. 65 transmission crossmember h/w
That is a very good question. I don't recall there being a difference under there (e.g. something extra or lacking on one side). I think mine had a washer on each one, but I also do not think mine has the original bolts and stuff. If I can remember, I'll look under it this weekend.- mabcim
