WTB: F-250 Diesel 4X4

I'm looking for a 1999 and newer F-250 Supercab or Super Crew diesel 4X4. MUST have low mileage and be very clean inside and out, no rusty frames or underside, preferably no plow trucks. I prefer a low mileage 7.3 but will take a 6.0 if you have had the services updated. I am very picky about vehicles but if you have what I am looking for and want to sell then let me know what you have. I want to stay less that 18K for pricing but I also know what they are worth. I'm have an offer in on one on ebay but the guy is splitting hairs and starting to piss me off so I thought I would turn to the members here.

There was an older 1990's model sitting outside of mcgraw on my way to work. It was a plow truck but price good for the condition of the truck. That is about it for around here. Best of luck to ya on finding one.
