This past weekend NASCAR headed out to Las Vegas Motor Speedway for the third round of the 2012 season, but before the race two of Ford’s drivers, Ricky Stenhouse Jr., the reigning NASCAR Nationwide series champion, and Trevor Bayne, the 2011 Daytona 500 winner, got to take a look at the new 2013 Mustang lineup. The two do a walk-around of each of the Mustangs, pointing out their favorite features like the glass roof option or the aggressive splitter on the Boss 302, and they seem especially impressed with the 650 horsepower Shelby GT500.
Of course, both drivers get the opportunity to take each of the Mustangs out on track, and they have a tough time deciding which one is their favorite. Bayne seems to be taken by the Boss 302, saying that it “handles better than anything that I’ve ever taken on the track.” Stenhouse Jr., on the other hand, preferred the Shelby GT500 and its 200 mph top speed.
