s/c breake in??

I am going to be stepping my car up to the next level in the spring,I am going for the KB 2.1L twin screw....
My question on the matter is about the s/c break in period. How long do I need for the break in period????Also I am planing on MM so Is there a problem with a few HR 's of High Way driving for Break in????Or is that better of????

...If MM installing the SC, nothing to worry about! ...otherwise, keep your foot of the throttle until tuned!

At least 500 miles

Some clutches require a brak in while others do not. It depends on the type of materal the clutch is made out of.

Follow the manufatcures procedure on brak in, most are 500 miles stop and go like Glueyes said.
