Passenger Door question!

How's it going. I have a 2003 GT. This weekend im going to look at my passenger door and figure out this problem. Any advice would be greatt. The passenger door seems to hang an inch or so low, however the hingles are tight and the door does not freely go up and down when open. Over the course of my friends slamming the door to shut it, now my door panel will not stay on and just recently blew the fuse for the windows. Could there be a chance my car was hit previously? what could be the problem? I hope its just the hinges are shot. Also is there a lifetime warrentee on the seatbelt, since that is unusable as well on the passenger side. Thanks any help is greatly appreciated

sounds like you got some serious issues with the door. usually when the hinges wear out you can lift the door up and down. but you said theres no play in it. you can try shimming the hinges to make it line up. but id look in the rubber boot that goes into the door for a rubbed through wire. whats wrong with you seat belt? i havent heard of a lifetime warrenty on airbags.

So sorry need to look under the car and under hood by the air box for any damage not sure how you could be an inch out and still manage to close the door if hinge pins are not worn out or partially broken oh and btw they should not be welded in any way have seen that so many times. you are looking for a bend or crack/bend in the chassis like the car was jumped will usually do this
Seat belts do not have any warranty I know of not even sure if they are covered in an extended warrantee situation

Thanks guys for the help.. I ended up taking off the front fender. The bolt on the upper hinge was missing! so weird. but zero frame damage under the fender.. but i did find out my air filter was rusty and falling apart! lol unbelievable, so i bought a new one right away
