wow... everyone doing burnouts and the mustang guy is lucky enough to get caught... I remember last summer I was at a car meet, a lot of people were going doughnuts and burnouts and the cops didn't do anything. But when a guy in a mustang drove across through the parking lot, they pulled him over and gave him a ticket. :nono::nono:

he wasn't arrested for the burnout, it was for putting those headlights on the car I kid, I kid

doing burnouts on public property(like a road) or private property(like a parking lott) is still a ticketable offense

dont get mad that they broke the law and got caught LOL

and even if they had the proper permit's for a car show(which is rare) nowhere is it legal to do a burnout unless insurance waivers and paperwork is in order

hahah still funny tho i did this at the bvard last year cop pulled me over and goes don't do it again i was at a stop light with about 20 other cars lol
