this car is very clean and sharp and needs nothing, it is detailed very well

Good luck with the sale. She's clean as hell man. If I had the dough or could get a loan I'd buy it. Price is decent to me. Seen junk sell for close to 6k before, so it's probably just more of peoples lack of funds.
