evap system not ready and catalyst not ready

i have no check engine light on but i am failing inspection because the evap an catalyst is not ready .i just put on the mil eliminators from american muscle an drove 130 miles , before i went driving 130 miles there were three codes . i went back to my friend shop an he plug in the computer an the egr was ready but the evap an catalyst was still not ready . should i drive more ? or should i like the car cool down completely an then check again ? any help will be appreciated its been two months im trying to pass an now im fustrating

I'm going through this now too bought the car from a dealer out of Connecticut and they're supposed to by law have inspected the car before they sell it however dmv in conn ran the vin and it was never inspected so they are taking the car back and fixing it to pass inspection the part that makes me wonder what's going on is that it's a stage 3 roush 2003 and it only has high flow bbk cars and x pipes and borla exhaust everything else they told me was stock and that it would pass inspection ... Now I'm curious if it was tuned as well and in fact is not all factory any more :/ 66k miles on her hopefully they can keep the car the same as far as hp and same exhaust Ect and still make it pass I have to get readiness of evap and catalyst monitors to complete inspection ... Put a temp gauge on my thermostat it was reading 167 ish idk if its getting hot enough but I'm letting the dealer mess with if so they don't blame me for anything that's wrong
