Comp XE-264-HR 5.0 cam, great street cam and awesome with SC!

This has low miles and is a great alternative to a FRPP cam. This is over $260 new. These are alot higher tech than the old cams, and this idles nice with a 114 lobe seperation that works great with a SC as well. I am asking $165 shipped, $100 savings. I'll post up pics in the AM.

The lift has no effect with the SD it is the duration. This has alot lower duration than most peformance cams and is known to work well in the 94/95 cars and DS cars as well due to the wide lobe seperation and not as aggressive duration.

hmmm i am looking for something for my sleeper lincoln project i was looking at the Xe258 cam hows you rin comparison?

I had a XE 258 and sold it actually lol. I just sold this one on ebay a week or 2 ago I think.

The only thing with the XE 258 is you MUST have good valve springs due to the high lift and agressive ramp rates. But for a Lincoln the XE 258 would be the best choice as it has ALOT of low end. That cam with some GT40 or GT40P would be a TQ monster. If you can find a set, some Performer heads would be even better.

The heads id really like to try other than the gt40 from an explorer ,is a x303 from a 93 cobra 5.0 motor, i know about the srpings, the main forum that i am a part of ,(grandmarq.net) has a wicked 5.0 tech for the boxes, i ve done my homework and now im looking for parts that for now come off of stock stang 5.0s. thats sucks mang wish i had joined before you got rid of that cam lol i would have bought it, if you come acrost another one for cheap let me know.

I put a set of the GT40X (X303) heads on my friends 94 GT and they work great. I used a Steeda #19 cam with them and a Cobra intake.

The 93 Cobra has regualr GT40 heads though. the X303 are only on the crate motors or available separate from FRPP
