For sale:
This is my 1979 Ford F150 Ranger 4x4
In 79 ranger was a trim option not a smaller truck like it is today
I am selling this truck to finance another project so I would really like to sell it. It was restored 4 years ago and has been in the garage since when it isn't being driven. The color is ford code f(1974 paint) with metallic paint in it. The code f is the same color the original Bigfoot monster truck was. The truck was completely torn down to frame and cab except for the drive train. The former owner put a 302cubic inch ford engine in to replace the stock 400 for gas mileage, but I see no difference. The engine has a performer edlebrock intake, chrome air cleaner, ford racing chrome valve covers, and is painted ford blue. A custom exhaust system goes true duel from the manifolds to the flowmasters to the tips. The transmission in a four speed and shifts great, has low stump pulling gears in it, transfer case works great as well. The bed had to many holes to patch so a donor bed was found and installed. New doors and side mirrors were also installed. All new lettering was put on the truck as well as a 4inch lift kit from rough country. The wheels have 35inch tires mounted on them. The entire bottom on the truck was treated to POR15 to protect against rust. Grill shell and support were new due to fading in chrome so new ones were installed. The bed was POR15'ed and then covered in a bed liner. The interior was completely redone with custom FORD lettered upholstery that I have never seen on another truck, a new dash pad, new silver faced instead of black instrument cluster, a/c was removed because it didn’t work and a factory heat only system was installed, new headliner and trim, and new rubber pedals. Over 2 years were put into making this truck a multi-show winning truck that I love very dearly. It always turns heads and everyone loves it. I put over 15k into truck 4 years ago and I am hoping to get 10k now, thank you for looking and if you have any questions just ask.
I have it on a classified ad on ebay, thanks
