5-speeed manual

Just wondering if it will be beneficial to me and my mustang to drain the MTF, and replace it with Royal Purple 75W140 Oil instead? I have seen the "Reviews" which really are inconclusive because it is pretty much split 50/50 good and bad. So I wanted to hear from you folks as to what you have...
