Upgrade Upper and Lower Control Arms?

Okay cool, so there was even a noticeable difference between the two options. Might be worth saving the extra money then!

Upgrade Upper and Lower Control Arms?

That and a CAI and tune. Need to see if my dealer is cool with tunes first though. How noticeable was the acceleration from the driveshaft? Not sure I would shell out $1,200 for the carbon fiber but the aluminum option looks nice.

Upgrade Upper and Lower Control Arms?

Actually road noise wouldn't bother me too much. My old Mustang had gear whine and I'm so happy I don't have it now. That's why I'm hesitant on getting the UCA. I ordered the Boss 302Rs and a BMR panhard bar. Hopefully it kills off most of the wheel hop. I daily drive my car and take it to the...

Ah, I see them now. They don't list them as GT500 but they do mention it in the description.

Upgrade Upper and Lower Control Arms?

I asked American Muscle, they clarified that the Boss 302R is the less aggressive version. The Rs come with the urethane bushings. I'm getting those and the panhard bar. Holding off on the UCA for now.

I only see the front control arms. Maybe they don't carry them anymore?

Upgrade Upper and Lower Control Arms?

Okay cool! I'm wondering if AM mixed up the S and the R in the title. I would figure the S would be for the less harsh street version. Where did you get those?

I just realized there were more responses to this, thanks for all the feedback! I was going to get Ford Racing Boss 302R Mustang Lower Control Arms M-5649-R1 (05-14 All) - Free Shipping they have urethane bushings vs the Ford Racing Boss 302S Mustang Lower Control Arms M-5649-S (05-14 All) -...

Change Oil Light in Extreme Cold

Guess I just needed an oil change. the message now says oil change required. I think this is time based because it sat there all winter. I'm 2k miles below the suggested mileage.

Change Oil Light in Extreme Cold

No, I didn't, I'll have to take a look. That might be the case. My old 06 would tell me oil pressure low when it was cold, so maybe it is just a logic thing. As far as the smell goes, that makes sense too. Thanks!

Change Oil Light in Extreme Cold

I don't drive my car in the winter but I do fire it up once and a while so the battery doesn't die and to free up the rotors, etc. I decided to start it up this morning on maybe the coldest day all year, it fired up like normal but then gave me a "Change Oil Light Soon" indicator. I'm...

I've also heard that uppers cause some NVH. I actually ended up changing to wider, better tire and got rid of my wheel hop. I'm not pushing serious power yet, so that seemed to remedy it.
