You got this all figured out huh? The block has no effect on the ring package and the old school blow by problems. LOL I feel like Im on the Corral.

Not a stock block... this thing makes 1500 hp. My point is that the ring packages on 3.40 stroke 8.2 decks arent a problem .

Care to elaborate? This thing pulls clean to 8000. I choose to shift lower.

Ive had both 3.25 and 3.40 stroke 8.2 deck engines. They have that ring stuff worked out now. When I first made the decision, I went with the "safe" route and chose 3.25. The second time, I did it right. :) 3.40 stroke for me..... "oh and that 'rod angle past 6000k" statement.... Well...
