I just got 20" FR500s 20x10 in the back wheel size 285/30-20. It says the revs per mile is 778. Should I tune it to 780 or 775?

Does anyone have the dimensions for the 05-09 factory hood scoop. The same one on the GT/CS.

New to the forum. Got my Stang last August, an '06 Pony Pkg. I've done a few looks mods, and have plans for a lot more. Also have a JLT CAI and Bama tune.
