Not sure how the bbk longtubes fit on the p heads, might need to google it. I don't remember what headers can be used for the p heads anymore. Corral.net I think has p head swaps and what you can use.

I would look into the tfs spring kit. Also, most of the time, the p-specific headers will be needed, or the stock manifolds might work. It's the angled spark plugs that are the issues with the p heads.
