Sounds like a bad vacuum leak. Is your AIC hooked up and functional? EGR hooked up and functional? Soo much stuff could be the cause. Is your timing at 10 deg with the spout connector out??? I would double check the timing first. Been there man... lol

You dont want to put to big of a cam or you will lose power with that combo. I would probably go with a b303 cam. You can find them dirt cheap. The TFS stage 1 is the wrong cam for a NA set up i believe. That is a forced induction cam. Do some research online to see what people put in that...

Sounds like a good price if its complete. Dont expect much more then 300 at the crank from a stocker. Put on a decent intake and a mild cam and you should have a decent na combo. Not much over 300rwhp if your lucky. Good price for a 55k motor..
