I guess not because the FRPP/Whipple kit rated at 624hp (flywheel) are running 9lbs. I think due to the more advanced Copperhead engine control, variable timing, and piston cooling from the oil squirters it may be enough to take the boost. On an older less efficient engine I don't think this...

Either SCT or Diablo, SCT is more widely used if looking at getting the car custom tuned at a dyno. But contrary to what some say it makes no difference in the software used, it's all the person doing the tuning. Diablo actually has the largest gains right now on the 2011 5.0, and the fastest 3V...

I am one of the original Corral guys from way back, so I have seen his threads, that is a well sorted out combo I actually posted about his car in here. He is around 370ish I think at the wheels, maybe 380's I'd have to look it up. Most guys are in the low 300's but he has ALOT of dyno time...

Is this going to be a daily driver? Track car? You need to figure out what the cars main purpose is going to be, how much $$ you want to spend, then go from there. There are multiple ways to reach your goal but some are better on the street. I prefer a SC because you can run a mild or stock...

How is he going to get 450 to the wheels on motor only with a stock shortblock?

The TFS complete top end kit with a Vortech would do it.....but you will see less hp to the wheels than a 5spd also...

Exactly, and they did not make many S-351 Saleens and this kit is not easy to find!!! HELL it comes with MAF and 42lbers too!!!!

BTW...I really like that 2nd one...really sleeper looking under the hood!!
