    That's true, but I can't see Microsoft giving Sony rights to their biggest racing franchise which itself competes with Sony's own Gran Turismo. So by doing that they'd hurt themselves as no one would buy an Xbox One if PS4 was going to have both racing games. So I can't see Microsoft doing that.
