long story short ... I had stock vavle springs in the engine and the newer cams needed higher lift ... everytime I got on it it degraded a little because the springs were binding ... I need a new cam

could be your exhaust hitting too ... mine used to do the same thing ... the h or y pipe hitting the bottom of the fire wall ... Check your motor mounts too

ok not so nice ... the same valve that had the bad lifter (and one of the brokem valves from the last engine) has another bad lifter ... I will have to disassemble and check but Im pretty sure the cam is bad ... ): ...
