Mike G. Perfection Auto Body 976 Rt 25A Miller Place 631-744-4511 Depending on where you live ( i'm in Huntington) it can be a long trip, but it is worth it. My local body shop that I've used for 20 years did not want to touch it. he said it would cost too much and could not guarantee it. Mike G said no problem, he has done a few and has not had a problem. Plus he is a member of the Mustang and Shelby club of LI. My hood is now the best part of my car. I had him do the underside as well. and he charged me about $600 or $700. And he had my car about 4 days. Any questions let e know. Good luck. Cleaned the interior today, WAY overdue. Got all of the dirt and dust out, used the ever-so-wonderful Adams leather conditioning and protection product on the dash and plastic. Works way better than armor all, it does not create glare but only makes the components of the inside of the car look brand spanking new!! Smells like leather for weeks!
So I've been toying around a little on Forza. Purchased a nice SVT Notch body Mustang. I have to warn you, Mustang fans. The next part doesnt sound pretty but it was soooooooo worth the try: I swapped for an AWD transmission and HOLY RESULTS...

Of course, with a few added mods to bring the speed back to par, the hypothetical car will now hit 0-60 in (I kid you not) 1.8 seconds. Im thinking that this may be the lifetime goal: make a successful AWD Mustang. Sounds track worthy and different, no?

@Baz @Kevin thats exactly what I was trying to accomplish!! @ANGIE 5.0 motor with race style twin turbos would have been immaculate!

^^^ I love that video .... but always ask myself. .. how did Block's team get that much access to public roadways and cops, for that length of time to film this whole thing. It was miles and miles of freeway etc ..

^soooo many amounts of american dollars in which I had so I could attempt to do that
Guy around the block just got a brand new '15 GTCS, white with black accents. Sounds mean, looks clean!

In other news, I got out of a speeding ticket back in August. Got caught in Southold doing 74 in a 45 zone ( I SWEAR to this day it was still unintentional, was trying to catch up with a bunch of cars for charity cruise at least a mile ahead). Anyway, no points, brought down to a jaywalking violation. 14 hours community service (this is a loophole :D ). 3 1/2 years of good driving until August...
And the appointments continue being booked!!! Were due for another FOUR customers in the next few weeks (Pending on weather).

Give me a shout if you would like your car to be detailed! Its starting to get cold and people are putting their cars away for the winter! So give it to us to get it ready for the spring!!
