ANGIE 06You will need to go with an adjustable upper control arm, so you can set the pinion angle. I went with the BMR adj. control arm and mount, the stock mount is to flimsy. I have seen them on Ebay.
ANGIE 06Great, same as mine, I went through all the bolt on parts before the Supercharger, I have under drive pulleys and high output coils if you want them and don't have them already. The Saleen Supercharger and JDM Tune brought me up to 575HP 475 RWHP 440 RWTQ but cost me about 10k with all the good stuff. When they put the 5.0 back in the Mustang GT, wanted to go up so the Stock GT would never keep up. I drove the 2016 Mustang GT Performance Package(3.75 gears) last year, it was nice, but still lacked about 100hp.
revoultion9Nice. Thanks for the parts offer. I already have the pulleys, and my COP's and plugs were replaced when I did my cams. I'm just about to the point where putting some boost is all I can really do to gain more HP. I'm either going to have to get a loan or save for a couple years in order to do so though. Did you rebuild the internals when you put the blower on?
ANGIE 06No- I went with 3.4 pulley 9.5psi with a safe JDM tune, it's best to keep the TQ under 450 with stock internals to avoid any problems. I did all the upgrades on my car myself in my garage, including the 410 gears, SC+GT500 fuel pump install and lowered it 1.5inches. The 410 gears make it easier on the Motor and Drivetrain. I use Royal Purple in motor -trans-diff. How much do they charge at Realspeed to change to forged internals anyway, a million dollars ? I only drive it 3-400 miles per year, 7300 total miles to date.
