It is a package you can ad to a premium gt. The name is The California GT / CS package. It has different front and rear bumper skin upgrades and up graded running boards along with interior upgrades. I hope this helps. I have seen a lot of them showing up at recent car shows. Aidenshep

I know of those up grades, I was confused with your terms. If you added that to your stock 06 v6 you may not be in the stock category at the shows. IMO

I have seen the GT/CS front and rear bumpers on Ebay, about $630 each, unpainted. The Ford package you speak of is probably about $2-3000 unpainted, to get the parts painted and installed maybe another $2000. They have a lot of take off parts for these cars front and rear bumpers all diff. colors. Check may Album pics, any ?s let me know.

In car show terms (most of what I've witnessed) anything modded consists of parts done to the engine such as an air intake/ tune etc. Noticeable CUSTOM mods like bumpers and stuff that dramatically changes the appearance from what would make it look factory would probably be considered modified.
In short, the way they divide most cars in judging terms is by year, make, engine and further categories such as engine mods (for example, my car would NOT be in the same class as a 2012 GT500 even though were the same year)

Thanks everyone for fast responses things are a lot clearer now. One last question do you think adding duel exhaust qualify as a mod or should the car remain single exhaust. Do you think lowering the car would be considered a Modified? Thanks again for your thoughts. Has anyone been able to find the elusive plenum cover for the 4.0l vr ? Aidenshep
