wakester06v6It might be that the cops have better criminals to track down than window tinters. I think a tint ticket is only $30, whereas a speeder or repeat suspension offender is into the hundreds of dollars. It all about greenbacks. Imho

jfin27I believe for awhile anything lower than 70 was illegal. So does this now make 30% and higher legal? Makes me glad I went with 35%.
marguerite66Well inspections I believe are for vehicle safety. They mention in the article that you are not supposed to block more than 30% of light coming in. Perhaps that is the meaning behind it. If you can't get enough light in you may have less visibility. They don't mention police officer safety. Usually there is money to be made by someone with these laws, I don't see it in this case.
