I have used Nitto 555s and Invos. Preference Nitto Invos......used them on my 2010 GT .Excellent in wet as well as dry. Sweet summer rubber.

I have the Sumitomo HTR ZII. OK for the price. I'm upgrading tires this Spring; had Invos on my Saleen; going back to them.

Dual tread pattern . Cornering fantastic. They will hold the pavement..........

Michelin AS3's. VERY sticky, I LOVE these tires.

I have the Invos. They're not sticky, but they're excellent street tires - lots of grip and best of all some wet traction if you get caught in a downpour.

thanks for the thoughts guys ill most likely get the invo's unless real speed has a better idea... i appreciate the help though

Do you have enough clearance in the rear for those 305's (12 inch) on the 10 inch wheels you will need for the tires? Drag Racing ? Ask Tims Pony he has the same car in Cobra.
