Very good news: Savings is growing again and as said before I will be looking to fix the suspension in the car whe the time comes. However, its the holidays, and Im buying a few gifts for some family/ friends. Im also eyeing a new shimano reel for next seasons fishing season <3 CANNOT wait to see that come in the mail!!! Also have a $350+ wish list on Adams Polishes website. So ill be asking for gift cards this year from family :p
Being that its officially December, want to put out there that this year overall was pretty damned great. We had a great amount of members at shows this year, especially at AHRC. I would like to thank all the guys that came out this year and participated. I would love to see even more participation next year, being that it has nearly tripled since last year from my perspective. I have more connections in the car event world but I can always use more HELP and assistance! If you know of an event or if you would like to participate in helping me out on Long Island, LET ME KNOW ASAP!!!
ALSO: Elmo is heading to the Ford dealership to get the suspension check out. It looks like lowering springs may be in the near future (just to get rid of a little wheel gap :D )
Well some good news finally!! Started doing some part time work, which means the bank account will increase, thus the possibility that elmo may get some new mods before the spring!! In other news, its supposed to rain tomorrow. Which sucks, because Toys for Tots is sunday and I need to clean the car :(

Car is waxed and clean once again! Will not be attending Paul Walker Cruise tomorrow (last minute change). HOWEVER, I will be attending next weeks event for TOYS FOR TOTS. Played in an annual turkey bowl today with friends from school. Needless to say, hitting your head on turf is NOT a comfortable feeling. Neither is going up against a D1 lineman and other talented players. We got through it. We lost, Everything hurts, but it was well worth playing. Onto another topic: after all the rain and some snow (what a depressing sight), the car is STILL CLEAN but I'm sure most of the wax came off. So it will be wiped down and waxed again tomorrow as originally planned. Happy Thanksgiving!
WOW, what a terrific tuesday!! Thank you all who voted for me in this months MOTM!! When I joined I never imagined that I would ever reach that level. I am a very happy car owner, and I will make sure elmo receives a wash and wax after wednesdays messy weather.
Feeling a little invigorated today, class got cancelled so i took the car (still clean) out for a quick spin on the meadow brook and wantagh parkway. Also took some shots at the college in a spot where normally people don't go (I think its a nature preserve or something). Uploading pics now!
