Get the car to another code reader that is free. Where are you located? The members can recommend a better mechanic!!! It sounds like you are already over the barrel. The TB shouldn't need a flush, sounds like BS and a half assed attempt at correcting an idle issue. I have rarely seen any TB/IAC fouled and needing cleaning, either they fail or are good. Intake side, is the maf - which could need cleaning, TB idle setting, spark (plugs) is doubtful... Something in the ECM guys?

yoooooo !!!!! I had the same issue around 54k with my 04 gt.....stalled at red lights, had to turn car back on etc etc......when its all said and done !! I needed a new tranny 2600$....havnt had the problem sense

gears were shifting fine and everything...but I told him what was worng ...he said tranny... I got a new transmission..... and the problem never came back
