Well they say companies should value their employees, unfortunately I can say there is a company about to lose their entire night shift even if its just 3 of us.

Her company and attorneys show's their value via bonus at Christmas time, sweet but it doesn't seem to balance out for a year's worth of b/s.

Atleast she gets that, from what I was told this company canceled bonuses and raises for lower level employees, word isits to up managers bonuses, best part is my boss ssaid he put in for raises but not optomistic, meanwhile my coworker said his friend on the morning print shift got canned to avoid giving her a raise and replace her with a part time temp. Also probably not a great idea leaving your department budget meeting notes out in the open.
