I changed my intake manifold on my 96 Mustang about 6 years ago. The new ones come with a steel front instead of all plastic. My was made by Doorman and i think it has a lifetime warranty on it. i am pretty sure you have PI heads so you can get the all metal one. i took a lot of pictures and took my time taking it apart. I put on a new throttle body and changed the spark plugs since everything was in the open. It wasn't hard just tedious. You just have to remember how you took it apart. I made sure I used a torque wrench to tighten everything down.
