What can u hurt if you change it early? What can you hurt of you wait? I believe in the the early theory myself.

These days, new cars are 5k, no engine break in, no going 60 mph for the first 1k miles etc. Cars have come along way, Besides it is under warrenty, so most 1st time changes are on the house ( at least around here). Hey, at 80k miles, who is really going to care or notice.
