We try our best :) It's a great location too with easy access off of 84 for those coming from NY. Last year we had cars from CT/NY/NJ/RI/MA/VT and I think Maine. For two great causes too!

We have a large group from the Late Model Mustang Club of CT coming. Our last meeting point is at the Stormville rest area leaving at 8:30 for those in Dutchess/Putnam who would like to cruise over with us.

Doug is correct, there are ways around having the rear O2s off. The problem is parameters are disabled incorrectly. Done properly you can pass without issue - my car passes with the tune from Jerry.

NY Emissions varies by county. Dutchess you only need to pass a visual and not throw any codes where some place like Westchester puts you on rollers. You can try Chris at EFILogics in Bethel - great tuner and has access to information not all tuners have.

Most paint manufacturers recommend 90 days, you're more than fine. (Straight from the Meguiar's rep's mouth). You can clay, polish, whatever you need to if you were painted that long ago.

Let me know if you'd like to try some body solvent. It sounds like you're trying to go down to bare paint. If that's the case, this is the best thing after claying.
