i go to alot of show around here in syracuse. i won 11 trophies at the show's including 2 at the state fair, which tend to really piss off the GT boys lol.

the way i see it make the car your own style, yes buying a gt will get more power but you have many options to get that GT power out of the the car you have, and keep the insurance rate from going to the Gt level. for the money (extra you spend) u can put a super charger, custom paint, stereo...

well it really depend on what ur looking for. if ur looking for quick E.T.'s then 8.8 if want the upper end then 3.73 are just fine. the super charger doesn't really care, i've seen cars with just the xcharger at the mustang show in syracuse and the owners tell me that they haul ass! lol

404stainless steel headers are the only corrosion proof headers the heafers that i bought look great after 12,000 miles with a nice blue tint polish with 1/2 inch flanges and metal gaskets i have no leaks and they look great!

some old tricks are the best u can try a can of penetrating oil spray anuond ur intake and when the rpm drops check that area for vaccum leak
