    Hey Nick, Thanks. I used the chute once so far to make sure it worked properly, I still have the stock front cobra brakes so the car still stops ok. But, if you are planning on racing it at all, you need a chute if you are going to run 150+ in the 1/4, NHRA rules, unfortunatley.

    The car weighs 3600 lbs with me in it, it makes enough power to go mid 7's if it weighed 2900lbs. The convertor is designed to allow the car to spool up faster and lock up in high gear. ProTorque.com

    The old convertor was a Dynamic Racing and the new one is listed in my first thread. The car is too heavy to go 7's, maybe an 8.30.
